Bayside Center for Behavioral Health Employee Charged with Two Counts of Felony Lewd Battery

SARASOTA, Fla. – Feb. 2, 2015 – 9:30 a.m.

On Friday, January 30, 2015, Sarasota Police Detectives arrested and charged Jeremy Henry, 27, of Port Charlotte, with two (2) counts of felony lewd battery after he inappropriately touched two separate patients at Bayside Center for Behavioral Health in Sarasota.

The first report of sexual misconduct was reported to Sarasota Police Detectives on January 21, 2015. The second report of sexual misconduct was reported to Sarasota Police Detectives on January 28, 2015. Both victims are female and 15 years old.

The sexual misconduct with the first victim is believed to have started around January 8, 2015 and continued until around January 16, 2015. The sexual misconduct with the second victim happened during the same time frame and is believed to have taken place with the first victim present.
