Sarasota Police Attempt to Identify Suspects in Credit Card Fraud Case

SARASOTA, Fla. – August 3, 2015 – 11 a.m.

Detectives with the Sarasota Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying two people who are suspects in a fraudulent use of a credit card case from July 19, 2015.

On July 20, 2015, the victim made contact with Detectives at the Sarasota Police Department regarding a case of fraud. On July 19, 2015 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., the victim was notified by Wells Fargo that his credit card appeared to have fraudulent activity.

The two suspects, seen on video at the Shell gas station, 300 North Washington Boulevard, Sarasota, at http://youtu.be/irV25z2XZPY, are suspected of making five (5) purchases around the City of Sarasota totaling approximately $100.
