Sarasota Police, FBI and FDLE now offering $25,000 reward for information about Jabez Spann

SARASOTA, FL. – October 10, 2017   – 3:30 p.m.

The Sarasota Police Department, FBI Tampa Division and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement is now offering a $25,000 reward for information about the disappearance of Jabez Spann, 14.  This is an increase from the first reward issued on September 29, 2017.  Anyone with information is asked to call Sarasota Crime Stoppers at 941-361-TIPS (8477) or 911.  An updated reward poster is attached.

Jabez Spann has been missing since September 4, 2017.  He was last seen in the area of 22nd Street in Sarasota wearing a turquoise shirt.  Jabez is a black male, 5’09” and 120 pounds.

The FBI is contributing $19,000, FDLE is contributing $5,000 and the Sarasota Police Department is contributing $1,000 for a total of $25,000 in reward money.  Anyone with information on this case is asked to call Sarasota Crime Stoppers at 941-366-TIPS or online at www.sarasotacrimestoppers.com
